ELPIS for The Globe mission and development is a faith based organization founded and  registered in 2022 in Ethiopia to work in all regional states working to empower Christians to be a glimmer of hope for global humanity. It works by organizing trainings on leadership and mission, discipleship programs, and community development projects . By doing so, we believe that we can change the current face of the World by equipping vibrant and well informed young leaders. It is our goal to empower emerging leaders and the youth to bring about the positive change in our community and beyond. We have devised strategies to reach our goal. Our plans include organizing series of workshops, trainings and panel discussions on leadership and mission for Christian leaders. Our community development projects will also address issues affecting families to solve economic and social crisis. With the above strategies and plans, we will endeavor to reach our aspirations.
